Spiced Roasted Heirloom Carrots


  • 1 box Nando’s PERi-PERi Bag & Bake (choose your flavour)
  • 400g baby carrots
  • 50g butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 100g goat’s milk cheese
  • 2 tbsp dukkah
Spiced Roasted Heirloom Carrots

Cooking Instructions


Add the baby carrots, butter and brown sugar to the bag with the provided spices.


Cook in the bag for 20 minutes at 180 °C. Arrange the carrots on a platter.


Roll the goat’s milk cheese in the dukkah and crumble over the carrots.
