Sweet Potato and tomatoes are marinated in Nando’s Mild PERi-PERi Sauce, drizzled with olive oil and roasted in the oven for 40 minutes at 190°C.
Dry the spinach leaves and trim off the stalks. Flash fry the spinach in heated vegetable oil.
Toss the chickpeas in a bowl with the Nando’s Mild PERi-PERi Sauce and drizzle with olive oil. Place on an oiled baking tray and pop in the oven for 25 minutes.
Arrange all the elements in a bowl with an extra dash of Nando’s Mild PERi-PERi Sauce.
